Wind Of Softwing apps is a startup that aims to create the lightest possible Android applications: no ads (ADS), offline-first, no in-app purchases, and no permissions or personal data requirements.
This concept comes from my experience as a user who got tired of downloading “freemium” apps packed with ads that ruin a calm and clean user experience.
The goal is to focus on stand-alone apps. For some apps, permissions for sensors or storage access may be necessary. My promise is to classify apps clearly and transparently on this website, specifying the category of each application.
In the Privacy section you can verify that no personal data will be collected by installing and using my apps.
I also created a second categorization method to increase clarity and redundancy compared to what the Play Store already shows during download.

The least invasive applications will be the "No-A.C.a.P.p." apps, meaning:

- No ADS

- No Connection

- No in-app Purchase

- No Privacy sneak

- No permission

 So, if an app is classified on this website as, for example, "No-A.C.a.P.", it means it requires access to one or more phone sensors. And "No-A.a.P.p." means the app needs an internet connection.

My only revenue will be the purchase price, kept as low as possible to allow everyone access to my products and (hopefully) a healthy flow of downloads. Transparency is everything. Below you will find the list of apps available on the Play Store, with their descriptions. Maybe one day I’ll also move to the App Store… we’ll see!

It often happens that shoppers face very similar products, but with prices and weights that make mental calculations harder. This app helps you quickly compare two products based on their weight.

Uses:


- Enter price and weight for two products (net or drained weight for products that have it) and the app tells you which is more convenient -

- Option to enter the number of pieces when the total weight is not specified -

- The app shows the savings you get by choosing the cheaper product, calculated against the quantity you would have purchased at the higher price -

- A button lets you add the chosen product and its savings to a list -

- At the bottom, you see the list of saved products, their savings, and the total savings -

- Rename items, remove items, or clear the entire list -

- Available languages: Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified) -

- Supported currencies/units: Euro/Kg, Dollars/Oz, Yuan/Kg -


Personally, I consider this app the engine of my whole project. By using it consistently, you can save an average of about 4 Euro/Dollars/Yuan (and other currencies too) each time you shop at the supermarket.

A simple chronometer, very convenient for training, with a feature I find particularly useful.

Features:

- Set an interval between 1 second and 30 minutes. Every time the interval ends, the app plays a sound. For example, set 1 minute and it will beep every minute (so you don’t need to watch the timer) -
